An air fryer is actually a tiny convection oven that can be used to make dishes you’d normally fry as well as some you’d typically bake, grill, or prepare on a stovetop.
And because air-frying uses little to no oil, it’s a healthier alternative to deep-frying. Air fryers also tend to cook foods quickly, so they can cut down on the time you spend in the kitchen.
