BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Bangor Tuesday morning has died.
According to police, multiple 911 calls came in around 6 a.m. reporting a person had been hit by a car on Broadway near McDonalds.
Bangor police have identified the pedestrian as 56-year-old Allen Emery of Bangor.
Officials say the driver who struck Emery is cooperating fully with police as they continue to investigate.
Anyone that witnessed the incident is asked to call police.
