LIBBY, Mont. — A 40-year-old Libby man is dead after a vehicle-pedestrian crash on U.S. Highway 2 near Libby late Saturday night.
The driver, an 18-year-old Libby woman, drove a Toyota Tacoma westbound at mile marker 35.
The vehicle collided with the pedestrian in the outside westbound lane, according to a Montana Highway Patrol report.
The pedestrian was transported to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.
The driver and the passenger, a 27-year-old Libby woman, were not injured during the incident.
