A multi-vehicle crash created a traffic mess for travelers heading onto Massachusetts’ Cape Cod on Friday afternoon.
Video shared by a WCVB viewer showed traffic stopped at the entrance to the Cape Cod-bound side of the Sagamore Bridge, with at least two or three vehicles involved in a crash blocking traffic.
State police say the serious crash happened around 3:15 p.m.
Police say all southbound lanes on the Sagamore Bridge were temporarily shut down and multiple victims were transported to area hospitals with what they described serious but non-life threatening injuries.
