Lockdown lifted at Lockeford Elementary School following nearby crash – KCRA Sacramento

A school in Lockeford was locked down for a short amount of time Tuesday after three to four suspects fled a crash nearby, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspects fled the crash on Highway 99 while wearing masks at about 8:15 a.m., officials said.
The lockdown at Lockeford Elementary School was lifted around 10 a.m.
Officials said the California Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation.
