RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Congestion has begun building up in the eastbound lanes of I-26 just South of Chapin due to a crash on Sunday afternoon.
South Carolina Department of Transportation cameras show both eastbound lanes closed near Exit 97 to Broad River Road. Maps show traffic building up as far back as mile marker 92.
No additional information regarding the crash is available. Eastbound drivers should avoid the section of I-26 if possible.
