ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) – One person is dead after a car lost control, crashed into a guard rail and then overturned, ejecting both the driver and passenger in the vehicle.
29 year-old Darrell Bridges, of St. Louis, was pronounced dead at the scene. Bridges was the passenger in the car.
The crash took place in Eastbound lanes of I-44 at Bowles just before 8 p.m. Saturday evening. All eastbound lanes are now open.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
