Coroner Identifies Pedestrian Of Early Morning Car Accident – Abccolumbia.com

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County coroner says a pedestrian who died after being hit by a driver at the intersection of Blossom and Bull Streets has been identified.
According to Coroner Naida Rutherford, the pedestrian is identified as Hudson Schirra, 19, of Lexington, SC.
The accident happened on Saturday, Oct. 21, around 12 a.m.
“We are working with the Columbia Police Department to fully investigate this accident,” Coroner Rutherford stated.
Schirra was a former baseball player at Gilbert HS.
