GOODYEAR, Ariz. — Two people died after a car crashed into a pole in Goodyear on Friday night, police said.
The Goodyear Police Department said a car crashed into a pole near Rainbow Valley and Willis roads. Two fatalities were confirmed, police said.
The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old Israel Primero and 24-year-old Ramiro Chavez Romero Jr., both from Buckeye.
Police said speed appears to be a contributing factor in the crash.
