A driver was killed in a Dan Ryan Expressway crash near 95th Street on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois State Police said.
CHICAGO (WLS) — A person was killed in a crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway crash late Saturday night, Illinois State Police said.
The crash, which involved two vehicles, happened in the Interstate 94 southbound lanes near 95th Street at about 11:33 p.m., police said.

One person was transported to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead, police said.
I-94 southbound was closed and traffic was diverted onto 95th Street. All lanes reopened at about 6:50 a.m.
Authorities did not immediately provide further information about the crash.
