1 killed in 3-car crash on Hwy 26 near Banks – Fox 12 Oregon

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – Highway 26 was shut down in both directions Tuesday afternoon due to a deadly crash.
Just before 1 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office tweeted about the crash near Northwest Maller Road. The sheriff’s office told FOX 12 that at least three cars were involved in the crash and one person was killed.
Life Flight responded to the scene and took another patient to an area hospital. It’s not known at this time the extent of their injuries.
Highway 26 was closed for several hours between Highway 47 and Highway 6 as deputies investigated the crash.
No other details have been released at this time.
